We offer coaching, mentoring, and group programs with the aim to help people explore their own relationship with change and uncertainty, and along the way, cultivate their inherent deep resilience.
I received training from the Animas Centre for Coaching and earned qualifications in Transformational & Existential Coaching. Additionally, I trained as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher in Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield's program MMTCP, in collaboration with U.C. Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center.
My approach blends my professional experience as a team lead and transformational coach with mindfulness practices. Additionally, I utilize experiential knowledge from practical techniques like structured journaling, reflection, cognitive behavioural coaching (CBC) & neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).

Transformational Coach
I love exploring the topics of change and uncertainty. I'm intrigued by their ephemeral, complex, and opaque nature, as well as the clarity they can provide.
My journey through change and uncertainty has been a continuous, winding path, with phases that ebb and flow year after year.
While working as a designer in the fields of houseware, architecture, and e-commerce, I discovered the ever-changing nature of industries, standards, and the market's unpredictable psychology.
Then, as a team leader, I came to understand the complexities of an organization, shifting priorities, and changing directions, all against the backdrop of uncertainties in organizational and personal needs, desires, and fears.
After quitting my objectively cushy corporate job, I intentionally spent a year sitting with the unknown. This involved grappling with the loss of my professional identity, fear of losing material comforts, and the anxiety of not achieving enough. Over time, I found my conditioned fears gradually dissipating until I became comfortable, to some degree, with the inherent emptiness. Rather than being terrifying, this emptiness began to feel like infinite potential, an opportunity to start anew over and over again. It offered clearer insight into who I am and what I need to do.
Now, I spend my time helping others navigate their unique journeys through change, big or small. As we become more comfortable with change and uncertainty, our relationship with life evolves. Fear slowly shifts into curiosity, while constriction gradually transforms into flow.
